After two pretty crappy days and not charting very well, or exercising, I'm still at the weight I was before I started my period. I think I did pretty well about staying on track yesterday even though I wasn't counting calories. I'm definitely back on track today and I'm going to try to make it to the gym today since it's my last chance before the hubby takes the car for two days. I am going to start 30 day shred again today. I was going to do it yesterday but we didn't get home until after 9pm.
