Wow! Down 4 pounds, and I feel great! Still not happy with the way I look in the mirror, but this is just my short term goal to get me down to 230. My long term goal is 199. Hell, if i can prove myself that I actually can lose weight with this type of success, then I should be able to my long term goal by April!
