I found it really hard to write EVERYTHING I ate down, so I made a list on my blackberry to help me. Then when I get home I look up all the nutritional information for each item. I made an excel sheet where I write down my totals for the day and I have a gudieline at the top so I don't go over that amount. Everything has been below my guideline except sodium. I'm not sure what I can do to really drop that. The food I'm eatting everyday is very healthy and only a few items are high in sodium. My goal for next week is going to be dropping that total in sodium.
As for exercise this week, I haven't been feeling 100% so I've been taking it easy. I do my walk everymorning and istead of running a mile this week I have been walking a mile. Hopeful I get better soon!
