Its all good Adrian it would probably help if you ate before you drink so that the alcohol won't burn that food off so quickly and your food would have time to digest then you might get tipsy but probably not drunk and eat more you are doing great 😊

No, I mean goodbye lean mass when you run and do low carb. Drinking and eating won't cost you any mass unless you do it all week and quit lifting lol
