shoot!! didnt get around to journal yet!! This is fly-by shooting type journal tnite.

It's been two days of no working out. However, food haas been on track despite the temptations like being in a bar etc.

Tomorrow, need to get a good workout BY HOOK OR BY CROOK!!!

One out of two isn't bad! I'm having trouble staying on track with the exercise too. We just have to keep trying! I like your resolve of getting the exercise in tomorrow. So let's DO IT!! Good job staying on track food-wise too even with temptations surrounding you. ( You must not have morning classes since it's almost 2 A.M. , eh? ) ((((HUGS))))
