It is hard being sick and loosing weight.
I've been doing well. I'm loosing about 1/3lb a day - being careful to keep my carbs above 100 a day. I also have to be careful that I'm drinking enough.
My motivation is to get below 170- 175 before I allow myself to establish a 'life style' form of loosing weight. That is 9lb to go
