Dilemma... I was planning on VERY intense workout this afternoon with HOPES that I could FINALLY get to “one-derland” tomorrow morning. Although, I just found out they are having a Red Cross Blood Drive here at work today. I ALWAYS give blood when they are here at work, but if I give blood today… then I won’t be able to work out as planned. Sigh… WHAT TO DO?

When I was single I went to give blood. I figured I could pick up a nurse. I wasn't so impressive when I nearly passed out from the needle though. :( If you can do it, give the blood. Potentially savings someone's life trumps one workout. Do it for me. lol (I'm a wus.)
