Physical therapy went well for the first visit. They were glad that I had been doing home exercises before coming today. They said that most people ignore the exercises that the doctor gives them at first which makes the first physical therapy appointment very hard. Didn't get off easy though. They have me using resistance bands to exercise with. Little by little they will increase my exercises to include a stationary bike, treadmill, weights, etc. Right now I'm just doing floor exercises with no weights. I'm sure that we will be adding weights later. Now, I hope that I don't have to much of an appetite increase with the added exercise. I'll just have to keep drinking lots of water. Right now I'm drinking 32 ounces at breakfast, 32 ounces at lunch, 16 ounces at dinner, and 8 ounces when I get up in the morning. Thank God for pads! Lol My arm and leg are sore. Just hope that the pain doesn't keep me awake at night. Hugs to ya'll {{{}}}
