I made the chicken fritters and they're so delicious.
Recipe
2 Chicken thighs and 2 breasts chopped finely
Grated mozzarella and cheddar (150g)
2 eggs
Salt and pepper
Fresh parsley
Fresh spring onion
1 TBS Keto mayo
1 TBS almond flour
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and set in fridge for 30 mins to an hour. Longer for better taste.
Then you just fry in olive or avocado oil and enjoy! :)
