Good day today. I am actually sore and tired from my workout today, so it must have been good!! Here's the tally for the day..

Workout 1:
60 mins on treadmill:
Just didnt have the energy to run today (perhaps coz I was going on only 3 hours of sleep, and had just eaten an hour before working out so was feeling a little full).
Result: walking briskly at 4 mph, 45 mins, 2.99 miles, 349 k. + 15 mins or so 80-90k (maybe 4 miles total, 440 k or so).

Workout 2:
20 mins treadmill: walking mostly except 5 mins of running, 1.38 miles, 151 k
20 mins bike: 6.55 miles, 82 k
20 mins weights: Bicep curls (12 pds, 3 sets, 12 reps); Lateral raises (12 pds, 3 sets, 12 reps); Chest lifts (10 pds, 2 sets, 12 reps; 12 pds 1 set, 8 reps)
10 mins: 100 crunches

Total workout stats: 2 hrs and 10 mins or so; 12 miles, 670 K

Meals:
coffee with cream (4)
almonds (2)
salad (4), dressing (2)
peanuts (4)
soy milk (2)
coffee with cream (2)
Total: 20 carbs!

I was starting to feel thinner today! The clothes fit better..I can't wait to get to my goal now!! It just occured to me I'm only 12 pounds or so away from my first goal of 135!! This is totally do-able!! And what a difference it will make!!!!
