I am down to 268.9 from 338.6. Almost 70 pounds. I am eating only healthy things, no more processed foods and portion control is a big thing. I eat more frequently than ever before. I eat a lot less. Calories in versus calories out. The big news will come on Friday. I see the surgeon who is now willing to see me for surgery.
I hope I get the new hip. I lost all this weight without being mobile. When I get my new hip, the sojourn to further weight lose easier. The only downside for me is the pain and inability to walk. On Friday, that too may be within reach.
Oh, one more point. My waste size is 8 inches less.
