I always see people are very conscious off weight gains and I must say about 90% of us trying to loose weight through diet, I am not agree with this formula rather I am more interesting in burning those extra calories. Ye kaho wo na kaho bahi life Mai what ever you want to eat eat it enjoy your life guys. I lost 6 kg weight in 5 months and I never compromise on my eating habit paratha halwa puri Nihari pae roti salan mithai sab khata ho main but I daily walk+run 13km and that's my secret of weight loss anyways sab ki apni apni soch hote Hai. Bus akhri baat guys eat what ever you wish 4 days ki zindagi Hai enjoy your life

What I would suggest is to keep balance in life. We should eat a good, natural and nutritious diet and at the same time walk, jog and run regularly in order to burn calories and remain healthy. Eating a very high calorie diet and then forcing oneself to run 13 kilometers to burn those extra calories may do the trick but also looks a bit excessive and unnatural. As I suggested earlier, let's keep balance and equilibrium in life.

I'm 22, and started my diet plan + workout from 1st Ramazan, fasting whole month. Sehri: 1 - less oiled paratha with sabzi / salan 1 - egg white 100gm - yogurt Iftaar: 1 - date 1 - apple 5 - 6 slices of watermelon 100gm - channa chaat ( onion, green chilli, mint topping ) Workout after 1.5 hour of Iftaar: 1.5 - KMs running 3.5 KMs walk FULL BODY no equipment workout ABDOMINAL no equipment workout consuming around 30 minutes in workout. need help from Gurus and seniors am I doing right to lose weight around 4Kgs in Ramazan ?

Dude, too less! thats like around/under 1000 calories, how are you going to find the energy to workout? keep in mind you will already be burning atleast 200/250 calories in your workouts, so you will definitely lose weight and lose weight fast, not sure if thats the right way to go though.
