2 weeks ago I took a full body composition test and although I knew I was over-weight (always have been) it wasn't until I saw the full body breakdown of all the fats and where they are, what type, and the possible problems I might have in the not to distant future particular Diabetes, which my mother has so I am already at risk.
Since then I have really reigned in on the eating as I know that I eat out of boredom more so then hunger, as my job is a rather plan desk job that means I sit on my butt for 8 hrs of the day.
But I am now attending boot camp every Tuesday and Thursday and going to the gym Monday, Wednesday and Saturdays.
I am also 2 weeks into a 12 week challenge set up at the gym which I am very determined to do well in.

However I'm finding now I've hit the 2 week mark of my journey I'm more hungry and want the bad food again particularly at work.
I have been so good not to touch any cordials, soft drinks, junk food and mainly eating fresh non processed foods.

I wonder if anyone else feels this way?
