Well I suffered a bit of a lapse over Easter like Im sure many people did. Unfortunately we had my brothers birthday as well this weekend so that didn't help matters. Although I did try to behave myself!! making sure to only have a small amount of the bad stuff when I could resit and only eating my fill. But I am back on the wagon today having had my normal breakfast and no sugared drinks ie cordial today.
I have my meals for the rest of the day planned and will be making a plan for the rest of the week tonight.
I want brave enough to step on the scales on Saturday after eating a bit more then normal but I will be stepping on them this Saturday which should be interesting. The I also have my birthday coming up :P.
But I will prevail, I have a goal and I'm not going to stop till I acheive it!!!
