- 315.0 lbs x 1 rep
- 365.0 lbs x 1 rep
- 405.0 lbs x 1 rep
- 455.0 lbs x 1 rep
- 500.0 lbs x 1 rep

** Speed Squats **
- 45.0 lbs x 5 reps
- 135.0 lbs x 3 reps
- 225.0 lbs x 2 reps
- 225.0 lbs x 2 reps

** Barbell Back Extensions **
- 45.0 lbs x 6 reps
- 45.0 lbs x 6 reps
- 45.0 lbs x 6 reps

** Chest Supported Rows **
- 50.0 lbs x 8 reps
- 50.0 lbs x 8 reps
- 50.0 lbs x 8 reps

I wasn't sure about this morning when I first woke up. It was really cold out when I went for a morning walk/warmup. As I started lifting, I felt things coming together for a big lift. My main lift was to be 1 rep at an RPE 8 for the first set. And then another 1 rep at RPE 9. There was definitely more in the tank after the 500 went up.
