If I ate this combo, I would be hungry within next 2 hours and devour everything edible in my sight. Everything in this delicious breakfast looks like pure carbs. There is no “hard” protein to slow down digestion and prolong sensation of satiety. May be, some nuts on the top of the oatmeal would do the trick? Or piece of Swiss cheese? Oooooh. I am going to drink water. Biscotti is haunting me.

Laboon13 I just have to have something to dunk in my coffee.. and I savor every bite.. only about 100 cals. I'm doing CICO right now so I have a little leeway 😊
