Thanks to home and work, its been a stressful day today. I never made it to the gym, I didnt get to weigh in, and I'm not even close to my water intake. I have eaten today and it's all been healthy, but not split into 2 or 3 hour increments like it should have been. Another meeting tonight but I am holding tight to my dinner plan. Now is not the time to stray from anything! I'm hoping a nice 30min run on the treadmill before bed this evening will help.
