Looks like the right idea. Blueberries, strawberries spinach, walnuts and chicken salad. Ill make the same this week, with some vinaigrette salad dressing.

G Hughes has some great dressing sugar free only 60 calories. He has a whole line of sauces also

you can google recipes and make your own. That way you know your eating healthy. Its much easier and if your already changing your eating habits you might have all your ingrediencies in your home.

Can you skip the dressing? I add sliced fruit if I'm in the mood for sweet, and sunflower seeds plus cracked pepper for savory, but I'm not a salad dressing fan.
