The food listed for lunch today is nothing compared to what I really ate - but how do you log all that in? I ate at Farm Burger - grain fed beef. I barely ate the bun. The burger was small (not sure how many ounces) with mustard, lettuce, pickles and a little cheddar cheese (barely a slice). I had a salad with mixed greens, radishes, broccoli and cauliflower with probably 2 tablespoons of a green goddess type dressing that was very light. I did, however, have a beer...

Spent the day running errands, shopping, walking around with Hamlet and playing at the dog park. I bought a new mattress and boxspring because I'm tired of waking up with back aches and headaches. Since they were 50% off at Sears I took the plunge. With the mattress, boxspring, frame (all double size - I'm downsizing my bed from queen to double for space) it was still over $900. Ouch. Two years, no interest. It will arrive next Friday. If I don't like it, I have 30 days to get something else.
