Hello and Happy Sunday FS!
No weight drop for me today. Surprising, as I did over 12,000 steps yesterday prepping for our vacation. We got out around noon today. Heading to hubby’s brother’s, then off to see my brother and family at the beach. We will see how being with family and a three week vacation impacts the waistline. I’m pretty committed but I could also be tempted…
According to my BMI, I’ve gone from obese to overweight. Exciting! But, I also need to lose another 30 pounds to be “normal”. I can’t say I have ever been normal… 🤣🤣🤣 Anyway, I will reset my goal once I reach the current goal and see where I end up. I may have said this before but it’s hard to wrap my head around losing another 30 pounds. But, in saying that, it has taken me a week over 3 months to reach the milestone I’m at…and I feel motivated. So, plugging on.
