So it's been a long work season where I was not at all disciplined. This first week of working hard has paid off. Next week I'm going to try to stay off the scale so much and just focus on eating healthy and how awesome I'm doing with exercise. Went from nothing to 4 mile walks in one week- that deserves a little pat on the back from myself! Also this week- not so much red meat! Here it goes!
