Diet: morning at 11 am; 1 brown bread with egg
noon at 2 pm: veg salad 🥗
Eve at 6 pm: red kidney beans with chicken salad
i stop eating at 6 or very often at 7 pm..
more than 3L water in a day.
my daily intake calories are 600 to 800
Actually i have already loss my 10 kgs in summer 2020.. i started in june 2020 when i was 68kgs .. in Aug 2020 i was 58 .. it just take one month to loss 10kgs.. but this tym i think it's difficult for me to loss weight.
