Enjoying my Broccoli Quiche. I make it in a round cake pan, then after it's done, I cut it into portions and wrap up in plastic wrap. I put them in a container in the frig. Breakfast is ready in 2 minutes- about the time it takes to make a cup of coffee. Not change in my weight- which I'll take. Have a bad time with depression right now. Fighting the binge eating. I am an emotional eater- which means I eat all the time. The climb out of that black hole is really rough, but I'll make it I always do. Have a lovely day...be kind....stay safe.
