I have decieded that I am trying to hard so I am going to take baby steps. My goal starting 4-14-09 is to lose 5% of my weight by 4-30-09 and lose 1% of my body fat. I weighted in at 279.8 and 52 % body fat. I am also not going to get on the scale daily only weekly and I am going to keep a food diary.

5% of your body weight is 14lbs. That's a lot to lose in 16 days, but its not impossible. I lost 15lbs in a month, which was pretty good. I don't want to discourage you, I want to support you in your goal. I think the weekly weigh in is a good goal to have. Let us know how we can help.
