Well, my new Journey begins! After doing Intermittent Fasting and doing the Paleo Diet for so long, I gotten Lactose Intolerant. Both families of my Parents told me this is normal because of Aging and having Native American (from Mexico) genes.

I'm Native-American too: Apache/Yaqui. Also, I have French/Spanish blood too. Dad was Apache and Mom was Yaqui. Dad had French too & Mom had Spanish too. =)

rickstewart1983- Well it was actually Fasting every 3 days that could had destroyed the microbiome that created Lactase- an enzyme that splits Lactose into Glucose and Galactose. That is also a common subject in Reddit and Facebook.

Slow Meta- Nice! My Native American ancestry is only Zacatec, with the Scorpion being the symbol on my mother's side (Durango, Mexico origin). Of course, the majority of my European side is Spanish with a little bit of Scottish, French and Portuguese. 😄
