A successful Harvest from my Backyard Garden! Crops includes- Bitter Melon, String Beans, Sweet Potato and Sweet Potato leaves. I never knew I could eat Sweet Potato Leaves, but its common in Asia (My Wife is Asian).

ACBelle- Mesomorphs have Skinny Wrists and ankles, but they are known for the perfect upper body shapes (Y shape for men, Hour Glass for women).

Very nice. I didn't know you could eat those leaves. Might be a bit of an adventure to look into recipes for them.

Where I grew up you can stuff it with tiny shrimp. Sautéed bitter melon with regular size shrimp called (ginataang ampalaya), Grilled bitter melon

Kenna Morton- My wife makes a Stir Fry with Bitter Melon, Eggs, Tomato, Onion, Garlic and soy sauce. She also makes Bitter Melon salad with Tomato, cucumber and soy sauce.
