Magnesium citrate = the bomb supplement. I am SO glad I started taking this stuff!
Also, I love when my weight stabilizes after whooshing out water bloat, basically because when I see that number remain the same for two or three mornings, I *know* that it's going to register a new low very very soon.
Things are going so well. I love LCHF SO MUCH, aaaaah.
