So I haven't recorded anything for quite awhile mainly because I been stagnate in weight loss for a long time. Mainly I can't seem to get below 2100 calories a day. Also for the last 7 weeks, I been laid up due to the burn, and back injury so it is my normal 3 month run with my GP, Diabetes doctor and my heart doctor. It all came down to the best way to treat my LDL which has bee at 75 for the last 9 months of testing. MY heart doctor said to cut out cheese and other dairy products. However, my GP said to increase my statin meds for 40 MG to 80 Mg, and and diabetes doctor said to do the same. She went so far as to send in a new script for new meds.

Me I not sure who to believe, so I increased the Lipitor from 40 MG to 80 mg, I am scheduling a Blood test in 3 weeks to see if there is difference, meanwhile I am cutting down on the calories starting Monday, I don't want to waste the food we bought.
