I feel back in control of my exercise schedule again. I did Level I of Shred Monday evening and again this morning. Missed yesterday watching Biggest Loser Finale, but did do situps during the show.
Today's office weigh in went well. Everyone had a ok week. No big losses, some slight gaines. I stayed the same, but my boss gained so I am back in the lead, but barely. Three more weigh-ins til the final June 3rd. I am hoping the exercise will get me back on track!!!!
