First full day of being back on track. After all the sickness I've been thru in last 7 months, I cannot afford to mess around with food or medications. I've been a little reckless with my insulin and my breathing treatments - well, I'm doing about half of what I should be doing.

I really must watch my fluid intake and not go over the 2.5 liters. I gained all that wgt because I quit tracking my food and fluids and got sloppy with my medications. So, got everything in today and will exercise tomorrow. The indoor town pool opens tomorrow after having been closed for 3 weeks due to storm damage. Looking forward to getting back in the water - it just feels so good to move and not hurt.
