Okay so I'm going to give a shot ono this new website. At least so far, it seems faster and not giving me as much trouble as the MCC site I have been on for a couple of years. I really need to dial back in on clean eating. Although my workouts haven't suffered a set-back, my diet has been. I feel like All these cheats here and there are going to catch up with me, and I will gain back the bodyfat I worked so hard to reduce so far. I just found out that out of 300 people who signed up for the fitness challenge at my gym in January, I'm one of only 30 people who kept it up and had completed the challenge. And with my result pretty strong, I think I may actually win this thing! That'd be awesome and more of a motivation not to go off track and gain back and get all fluffy!
