So Far, So Good this week. Sunday was a rest day, but I didn't go crazy with food, so that's a good start. Yesterday was okay diet day and very good workout day - 45 min incline treadmill intervals and 45 minutes of legs/glutes. I love my leg/glute Mondays - especially when my legs feel like jello afterwards! Today I've finished my morning cardio (30 min Elliptical Interval), and started the day with a very healthy breakfast. I have a lunch meeting today so catered meals - I brought something healthy to eat, but would I have the willpower to eat that instead of eating unhealthy catered meals? Hmmm...resisting that temptation will be pretty hard!
