WEDNESDAY - 2.9.22 - Had my usual breakfast to include an apple. I'll have a bag of popcorn for lunch. I'll also have a liter of water. For dinner, I'm having 3 jumbo steamed blue crabs. I may pick up a small salad also. Doing leg lifts and leg extensions today along with a moderate 30 minute walk. I gotta increase my recipes in order to get the lifestyle change I so desperately need.

Looking good! I don't know where you are, but I'm jealous of your seafood diet.
Your plateau may mean that your body is in conservation mode. Your in/out calories are a low enough net that you s be loosing. When I get stuck like that, I increase calories for 2-3 days. When I go back to lower calorie intake, I will go back to dropping the weight. Just a thought, not trying to be bossy.
