Hello all. I had a few PERSONAL FAMILY ISSUES that caused me to be away. However, I have been sticking to my weight loss journey (for the most part.)
I must admit I had a weakness here or there (mainly due to stress.)
Today, for breakfast and lunch I had an apple, a banana and a pear. (Trying to increase my fruit intake.)
I also had a cup of green tea and a half liter of water thus far.
For dinner I will have 5 blue hard-shell crabs.
Today's exercise consisted of leg lifts, leg extensions and a 30 minute walk.
