MONDAY - 2.28.22 - Hello all. I decided to check in with you once or twice a week now instead of daily. I have incorporated an hour long walk each day and that cuts into some of my "sit down" time and that's when I generally journal. So here I am...
For breakfast I ate 1 banana and had a 20 oz. mug of green tea with half of a real lemon. I did not have lunch. For dinner I had 2 slices of cheese pizza with mushrooms. I had a bag of popcorn for a snack.
I walked for an hour and did my usual leg lifts and extensions. I even purchased a booty band and am starting to work out with it.
Prayers are still needed...
