TUESDAY - 3.1.22 - Good afternoon all.
Today has been interesting so far. For breakfast I had a 20 oz. mug of green tea with a half of real lemon. For a mid-day snack I had about 2 ozs. of pistachio nuts and ate 10 carrot sticks with hummus.
For lunch I ate 1 slice of cheese pizza with mushrooms.
Not sure about dinner but there will be no meat. I'll probably have 5 steamed blue crabs and call it a day.
My evening snack will consist of a bag of popcorn.
I will walk for an hour today and finish my leg lifts and leg extensions and work with my booty band.
