Challenging 4 day weekend coming up. We will be visiting with our youngest daughter, son-in-law, and 2 granddaughters. Birthday parties for our daughter and one of the granddaughters. Our larger family get-togethers are heavy on good and high-calorie food. This smaller version will be the same. Hopefully, some self-control and wisdom will outweigh any temptations to extra helpings. But, we will have fun and enjoy being with our family.
