FRIDAY - 3.11.22 - Good day all. Today I had an 8 oz. bowl of red beans with white rice for lunch and one patty of shrimp egg foo young. I'll not have any dinner and will walk for 1 hour. I've also done 50 leg lifts and 50 leg extensions. And guess what? I have even gotten a personal trainer to help tighten up the jiggly!! (Still a work in progress.) I also forgot. I had my usual 24 oz. of green tea. Oh yeah. I decided to show a couple of pics of me from 3 years ago. Please note how heavy I was. I'm impressed and proud of my weight loss achievement thus far. Prayers still needed!!
