I am exhausted. Spent all day today helping my friends move in to their first home. I know they are even more wiped out than me. They fed me for helping them. And I ate way too much junk and it doesn't really feel good. I'll be happy to get back to my own food and my own lower calorie diet. Hopefully I worked hard enough to burn off the extra calories. It sure feels like I did. I'll weigh in on the morning and find out. Good night all. 🌙
