FRUSTRATED! I unfortunately have to weigh myself every day. I am following the plan to a T yet I gain .2 pounds. I just had a body scan yesterday and my water level in my body is up (which is a good thing). The plan does not call for much activity (which is killing me) and it seems when I am even the least bit more active than my desk job require me to be, I have a gain. On Wednesdays I am not behind the desk, I am out and running errand. Anyway, 10 more days of very low calorie eating and then I see where I wound up.
