Ugh...back up .4lbs.

I'm not surprised, need exercise.

I woke up to a $4,500 car repair bill.

So, I'm guessing the stress of life, work, bills and now the car, is the culprit to the weight gain, mostly...

Sticking to the plan and I think, I hope, that my goal of 265lbs by May 25th is 'doable.'

To the 'common man', that goal probably seems pathetic. To me, I'm realistic that I put myself in this position, and I have to deal with the journey.

And so it goes...
