I am currently 44, I have been overweight since I was 14 years old I spent a long time just not worrying about it (or so I would say to my self) but the reality is it caused a lot of depression and anxiety over the years. I had a wake up call about two years ago when I could no longer see my toes over my belly.
I realized that I was pretty unhappy, unhappy with my self and with how I was living. I started making changes got off my butt and started doing something about it.
My current daily goals include 2 hours of elliptical trainer and 2 one hour walks one in the morning the other after dinner weather permitting. I aim for 1k active cals or more and 10k steps.
