Checking in from 30,000 feet. On my way to Saltillo Mexico for the week on business. The long work hours and smaller food portions should keep me at least steady as I crawl back from the few pounds I've gained.... I did bring workout clothes, so I'm hopeful to get in a few at the hotel.
