I am back, this time for good.
I donated blood on Thursday, after work, and that kindda spiked my sweet tooth, I guess. Whole weekend was filled with chocolate, didn't want to fight it because it was really intense. Had chocolate biscuits, chocolate bars, and now I feel filled up and ready to start the week properly. Will try to work out even tonight :)

you are right! sometimes we need to eat under the counter;) i think we really need it at least once a month :)

Oh my Livia I crave chocolate some of the time to . So far I have not eaten any but that also makes me not a very nice person to be around. Next time I want some chocolate I will have it, I feel your body must be lacking something that's why the craving. Have good workouts next week.

I was craving it also so I had a Smore's pop tart and that got rid of the craving. I figured if I went out and got chocolate I would eat the whole bag so 2 pop tarts were better for me calorie wise
