Carbs are high today. Whole wheat bread's are the culprit. The other high carb items are my apples. Are there such things as good carbs and bad carbs? I know wheat bread is better than white bread for heart health and apples are good for you as fruit typically is. I'm having trouble keeping my carbs under 200 g's today. Better luck tomorrow.

There is nothing wrong with carbs from fruits and veggies. You don't want to overeat on whole grains because of water retention but they are a much better option then simple carbs as white bread/ pasta/ rice which should be avoided when trying to lose weight.
