I've been unusally tired these days and I am pretty sure it's due to not drinking enough water and not eating clean diet. Way too much cheating, too much sodium and other crap, and not enough water to flush it down. So this week, I've recommitted myself to eating clean, and drinking extra water. I've done okay today except OD'ing on my health trailmix (healthy, nevertheless too much of healthy foods can't be so good either). Oh yeah, AND sweet potato pie. oops. Hey at least it wasn't ice cream or anything. Tomorrow will be a better day!
