Joined a challenge yesterday. The only part of the challenge that would change what I eat or do is the no eating past 7:30PM part. I exercise about 5 or 6 days per week and don't drink soda or sugary drinks anyway. I'm a coffee or water guy. Boring, I know. So, the challenge should be easy. I'm having a fun time trying to get over 1500 calories on some days. I'll keep plugging along.

Haha by definition if its easy to do its not a challenge is it. Although not eating after dinner is always a challenge for me. Good luck with it :-)

I have eaten a bowl of cereal somewhere between 8 and 9 PM for the past 10 years. That part is the challenge. Whatever it takes to keep myself in check.

Its always been my bad time too but my vice is icecream. I just cant have It in the house. I try to do some exercise about 1.50 - 2 hours after dinner and I dont like doing cardio on a full stomach so knowing that Im gping to be getting on my bike stops me from reaching for after dinner snacks. And now im eating more fat at night im not even remotely hungry then either

What is it with the dairy. I was eating cereal because of the milk helping me sleep better. I just can't stand milk by itself. I try to slip it in earlier now. The challenge is to not eat past 7:30. I'm good with that. I hope it will become a good habit.
