Joined a challenge yesterday. The only part of the challenge that would change what I eat or do is the no eating past 7:30PM part. I exercise about 5 or 6 days per week and don't drink soda or sugary drinks anyway. I'm a coffee or water guy. Boring, I know. So, the challenge should be easy. I'm having a fun time trying to get over 1500 calories on some days. I'll keep plugging along.
