I grew up on green beans from the garden, although my mother cooked them to death. I don't know what vegetables ever did to her to compel her to treat them that way 🤣 So glad our farmers market has opened up and I can get really fresh ones!

Robin, it's cod with lemon pepper seasoning. A few capers and some Larrupin mustard-dill sauce. The green beans are sauteed in the same skillet with same seasonings. I cooked everything in 1 T of olive oil.
