Yay! the mum/hospital trauma is over. She came out surgery well and today she goes home. I feel like I can focus again. I had a good day yesterday but didn't record. I am really enjoying the gym, this has surprised me actually. Concentrating on making healthy choices and recording my daily eats as I still don't trust that I can eat the right amount of calories on my own..... yet. Feeling positive :)
