Up early, even though not as early as originally planned. I did 75 crunches, 20 minutes of treadmill at 6.0 incline at the Weight Loss program level and 10 minutes on elliptical. Tomorrow, up at 5 am instead of 5:30 so I can get in more on treadmill and elliptical. Tonight when I get home, 30 Day Shred.

I actually thought about that, something to get be back to having to be accountable for actually doing the workout. It did so well for me and many others when we were doing it, somehow our lives took back over and Shred got put to the side. I need the workouts to keep the scales and inches coming off. Scales aren't moving, nor are the inches really coming off lately.

Wow, what a workout!!! My belly is one of my problem areas yet I NEVER do crunches or sit ups. I hate them! There's got to be another way...

I have started the "30 Day Shred - It's Back" Challenge. This will make me more accountable for the workout. I had great results, just got out of the habit!!
